The Technology

Unified UV is building the physical coordination infrastructure that turns autonomous platforms into coordinated teams. The company's plug-and-play onboard hardware module uses directional links to provide resilient mesh communications, determine relative positions and maintain synchronised timing. All without relying on GNSS, conventional communications, or manual direction. Together, these three coordination capabilities provide the missing physical foundation for collaborative autonomy at the edge.

The Operational Challenge

The effectiveness of an autonomous fleet depends on its ability to remain connected and coordinated. Yet many platforms depend on wide-area communications networks and external positioning signals. As fleets scale, this creates congestion and increases their exposure to detection, disruption and electronic attack. Unified UV reduces this vulnerability by establishing resilient, directional links directly between cooperating platforms. Through these links, platforms can reliably exchange information, locate one another and synchronise their actions. This allows the fleet to remain coordinated, and preserve its operational effect, even when GNSS and conventional communications are degraded or denied.
